Luminescence children's choir
The Luminescence Children’s Choir is an auditioned treble choir for singers aged 10 – 17. The ensemble is dedicated to excellence in performance and offers young singers holistic and high quality musical experiences and education. The choir offers young people a safe and creative space to express themselves through singing, and fosters a life-long love of music and the arts, as well as enduring friendships.
Conducted by AJ America, the Luminescence Children’s Choir has rapidly established themselves as one of Canberra’s premier programs for young performers.
Luminescence Children’s Choir Holiday program is a 6-day workshop for young people aged 7–12 who love to sing. There is no application or audition requirement for our holiday program – all young singers are welcome!
Led by Artistic Director AJ America, members of Luminescence Children’s Choir, and special guest Nyssa Milligan, this school holiday program invites young singers to explore their voices and the magic of singing together. We will learn about musicianship, and marine life through games, play, singing, and composition.
